Bay View Marina amenities (i.e., pier, launch, pool, and fish cleaning stations) are for Owners, Guests or Renters, residing at Bay View, only.
As we approach Memorial Day weekend and all the boating activities that go along with it here are a few reminders and updates:
- Fish cleaning stations available.
- Anglers must clean up after themselves.
- Fish must be discarded in navigable waters.
- Do not throw carcasses off the dock or place in Bay View dumpsters.
- Do not use picnic tables as a cleaning or bait prep station.
- Boat launch is for the use of owners and guest only.
- Please lock the gate immediately after launching or retrieving your vessel.
- Only moor your vessel in your slip, the transient slips, or a slip in which you have prior permission from owner.
- Do not moor your vessel in any manner that prevents others from accessing their slips.
- Do not park boat trailers in parking designated for cars i.e. pool or the rock island parking areas.
- If a cone is in place in either the boatyard or trailer storage area do not move it to park your vessel.
- Please remove all trash from the marina area after use.
- Do not leave coolers, wagons, carts or anything else on the common areas of the marina.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines/fees/removals or other actions deemed necessary.

Boat Launch
Bay View boat launch is for Owners, Guests and Unit Renters ONLY. Gate is secured via combination lock, which must be relocked after launching or removing your boat.

6 First Come, First Served Slips
The first 6 spots on the South side of the first finger pier are the first come first served slips.

Wave Runner Dock
Dock area is for wave-runner mooring and Boat Loading and Unloading Only
No long-term docking or overnight mooring is permitted.

Fish Cleaning Stations
Fish cleaning is permitted on this pier.
Do NOT discard fish parts or carcasses in the water or near the pier.
