Pool
The pool area is for Bay View Owners, Guests and Unit Renters ONLY. Pool rules are posted at the pool cabana, and must be followed.
Multi-Use Court

Pier, launch, and fish cleaning stations.
The first 6 spots of the first finger pier are first come first serve.
Parking
Designated covered parking areas and marked parking spaces are the only authorized vehicle-parking areas.
Speed Limit
The speed limit
throughout Bay View
is 7-mph
Trash Disposal
The dumpster area must be kept free of trash that cannot be placed in the dumpster.
Pets
Pets on all Bay View property including Marina MUST be on a leash.
Grills
No charcoal or gas grills above the ground floor.
No charcoal grill use in covered parking areas.
Quite Hours
Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. This includes the boat wash area, the pier, the pool, pool deck and the tennis court area.
Golf Carts
No one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive a golf cart on Bay View property without being accompanied by an adult
